Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in life-saving surgeries in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma center
- Maintain sterile fields and ensure seamless OR operations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Respond to urgent calls with precision and composure
- Support burn procedures and contribute to top-rated surgical outcomes
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license required
- Travel experience in healthcare settings
- Proven Level 1 Trauma center experience
- High proficiency ratings across surgical skills
- Burn experience strongly preferred
Education
- Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in trauma and burn surgical procedures
- Sterile technique and OR instrumentation mastery
- Quick thinking under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong teamwork and communication in high-stakes settings
