Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, up to 40 hours/week

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

- Deliver compassionate in-home therapy services that empower patients to regain independence
- Maximize safety and quality of life for home care and hospice patients
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
- Work independently while contributing to meaningful patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active VT licensure
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Experience in a home care setting preferred
Education
- Occupational Therapy degree and licensure required
