Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and room patients with warmth and professionalism
- Take and document vital signs and basic clinical measurements
- Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are stocked
- Assist clinicians with procedures and patient care tasks
- Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic charts
- Support patient flow and scheduling to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Communicate clearly with patients about next steps and follow-up instructions
Qualifications
- Experience as a Medical Assistant in an ambulatory or clinic setting preferred
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification is a plus
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong customer service skills and a patient-centered attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment and adapting during orientation
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Medical Assistant certificate or diploma preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency taking vital signs and basic clinical procedures
- Familiarity with ambulatory clinic workflows and patient intake
- Comfort using electronic health records and basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and team members
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
