Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and clinical best practices
• Complete Trinity specialty-specific competency testing and demonstrate ongoing clinical proficiency
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, immunization, and respiratory protection requirements
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes
• Participate in required screenings and health checks to ensure workplace safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Ability to pass Trinity specialty competency testing as part of onboarding
• Successful completion of required health screenings: Fit Test, drug screen, respirator evaluation, and immunizations (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, Influenza) or valid exemptions
• Current, unrestricted license or certification required for the role (as applicable to the specific clinical position)
• Willingness to complete facility-specific onboarding and any requested credentialing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of infection prevention and respiratory protection protocols
• Comfortable with clinical competency assessments and maintaining skill currency
• Proficient documentation practices and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize patient needs and respond to changing clinical situations
• Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
