Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs during high-pressure situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat diverse cases
Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions with precision
Educate patients and families providing support during vulnerable moments

Qualifications

Active RN license with compact state eligibility for Rhode Island
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
Recent ER experience to hit the ground running
Completed skills checklists, EKG, pharmacology, and core competency exams

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and rapid response protocols
Strong proficiency in EKG interpretation and pharmacology
Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced settings
NIH stroke certification for handling neurological emergencies
