Shift Type: Day shift, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, must sign up for 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor patients using medical remote telemetry for timely interventions
Deliver compassionate care on a fast-paced 36-bed medicine unit
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 50+ staff including RNs, CNAs and HUCs
Prepare patients for procedures like Endoscopy, IR and OR
Utilize Cerner EMR and advanced tech like WOW stations and Tap and Go for efficient documentation
Float to sister Med-Surge units to maximize your impact

Qualifications

Active RN license with 2+ years of experience
BLS certification required, CMSRN encouraged
Medical Telemetry experience is a must
BSN preferred along with leadership or charge nurse background

Education

BSN preferred
RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in medical telemetry monitoring and patient observation
Proficiency with Cerner EMR and mobile workstations
Strong teamwork in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Compassionate patient care with attention to detail
