Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care to clinic patients while staying within your LPN scope
- Serve as the key liaison between patients, staff, and providers
- Collaborate seamlessly with the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs
- Take vital signs with precision and care
- Triage patient calls efficiently to ensure timely support
- Refill prescriptions accurately and handle prior authorizations smoothly
- Support and guide your team of co-workers, CNAs, and schedulers
Qualifications
- Current State LPN license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Education
- Graduate of a Nursing Program
- BLS from a College of Technology/Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Taking vital signs
- Triage patient calls
- Refill prescriptions
- Prior authorizations
