Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical condition
Quickly assess and prioritize patient needs during high-pressure situations
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat urgent cases
Monitor vital signs and administer life-saving interventions with precision
Educate patients and families providing comfort during stressful times

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
ER experience preferred for this dynamic environment
Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in fast-paced settings

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
Proficiency with ER equipment and protocols
Excellent communication under pressure
Adaptability to varying patient acuity levels
