Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in critical need
- Quickly assess and stabilize patients during high-pressure situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
- Monitor patient progress and advocate for their best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless shift handoffs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in emergency room or acute care settings preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
- Proficiency with ER equipment and protocols
- Excellent decision-making under pressure
- Superior communication with patients and teams
