Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to help patients regain strength and mobility
Develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in lives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Track progress and adjust therapies to accelerate healing journeys

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
At least 1 year of clinical experience to hit the ground running
BLS certification preferred for patient safety
Strong passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Eligible for state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Proficiency in patient assessment and progress documentation
Excellent communication skills to build trust with patients
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic hospital environment
