Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, making a real difference in patient outcomes
• Support peripheral vascular procedures, pacemakers, ICDs, Watchman, TAVR, and EP/ABL cases with precision and care
• Operate advanced equipment like Shockwave, Laser, Impella, and Rotoblator to deliver top-tier cardiac interventions
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a high-tech 5-suite lab, ensuring smooth procedures and patient safety
• Document accurately using MacLab and Meditech systems, contributing to exceptional care records

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab
• Must have hands-on experience in Cardiac Cath, CRM, and Peripheral Vascular (PV)
• Florida licensure or compact state licensure required
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred
• EP/ABL experience is a fantastic plus that gets you noticed first

Education

• Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Technology or related field preferred
• Completion of accredited Cath Lab Technician program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise with cutting-edge cath lab tools including Shockwave, Laser, CSI, Penumbra, IABP, Impella, and Rotoblator
• Proficiency in high-stakes procedures like TAVR, Watchman, pacers, and ICDs
• Strong teamwork in fast-paced environments with 1:3-4 patient-to-staff ratios
• Comfortable with on-call for emergent night cases
• Familiarity with MacLab and Meditech EMR systems
