Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on patient care that makes a real difference
Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision and care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Assist in daily living activities to enhance resident quality of life
Document patient progress accurately to support seamless care transitions

Qualifications

Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS certification
COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
State or federal issued ID and photo badge ready
Travel nursing experience a plus but enthusiasm welcome

Education

Completion of accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in medication administration
Adaptability in fast-paced long-term care settings
Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
