Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to patients in fast-paced emergency situations
Assess and triage incoming patients with speed and precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat
Administer medications and interventions that save lives
Provide compassionate support to patients and families during crises

Qualifications

Active RN license in Pennsylvania
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
NRP and DCI/BVP preferred
Recent Nursys verification

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and rapid assessment
Proficiency in ACLS protocols and life-saving interventions
Strong communication in high-stress environments
Knowledge of pediatric emergencies with PALS
Adaptability to unpredictable ER rhythms
