Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, including 6 weekend days per schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to oncology and women's surgical patients on a 24-bed unit
Manage patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 with confidence and skill
Administer treatments including occasional pelvic exams, echoes, and thoracentesis
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 4-6 RNs, CNAs, and leadership
Utilize Cerner EMR to ensure seamless documentation and patient safety

Qualifications

Active RN license - a must
BLS certification required
2+ years of experience, ideally in oncology
Chemo certification preferred for top consideration
Team player attitude with eagerness to learn

Education

RN licensure from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Oncology nursing expertise
Strong patient assessment and care planning
Familiarity with standard med-surg equipment
Proficiency in Cerner EMR system
Adaptability to night shifts and occasional floating to med-surg units
