Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM NOC, NO WEEKENDS

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform accurate laboratory testing to deliver critical diagnostic results
Analyze specimens and ensure high-quality outcomes for patient care
Maintain lab equipment and uphold strict safety protocols
Collaborate with healthcare teams to support timely medical decisions
Document results meticulously to drive impactful patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active MT/MLS certification from ASCP or AMT
BLS certification required
Valid state license or certificate
Experience in medical laboratory settings preferred

Education

Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in laboratory testing and analysis
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of lab safety and quality control standards
Effective communication in fast-paced healthcare environments
