Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during night shifts
Oversee patient care for our tiniest fighters ensuring top-notch outcomes
Mentor and support fellow nurses fostering a collaborative environment
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional neonatal care
Monitor and respond to critical situations with expert leadership

Qualifications

Active RN license in hand
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification
NICU experience that proves you thrive in this specialty
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced NICU setting

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong NICU clinical expertise
Effective leadership and team management
Excellent critical thinking under pressure
Compassionate patient and family communication
