Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate emergency care to patients in high-stakes situations
Quickly assess and stabilize critical conditions in the ED
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier treatment
Prioritize patient safety and advocate for the best outcomes
Manage fast-paced workflows with confidence and precision

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
Recent ED experience to hit the ground running
Commitment to Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency department protocols
Proficiency with life-saving interventions and trauma care
Strong critical thinking under pressure
Excellent patient communication and teamwork skills
