Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage ED and inpatient hold patients with confidence and care
Maintain optimal ratios and acuity levels in a fast-paced environment
Deliver compassionate nursing that makes a real difference in patients' lives
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions and top-notch care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
Recent experience in ED hold or inpatient hold nursing
Pass Trinity specialty competency testing and skills checklist

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency department and inpatient holds
Strong assessment and prioritization skills
Proficiency in high-acuity patient management
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
