Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on therapy to help patients regain strength and mobility
Design personalized treatment plans that make real differences in lives
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises for lasting recovery
Track progress and adjust therapies to accelerate healing journeys

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in good standing
State or federal issued ID for facility access
Photo badge readiness for seamless onsite experience
Commitment to patient-centered care excellence

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy
Graduation from an accredited PT program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic techniques and modalities
Strong patient assessment and evaluation skills
Effective communication for building trust
Adaptability in a dynamic rehab environment
