Shift Type: Variable shifts starting 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM, possible on-call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in orthopedic surgeries with precision and care, making a real difference in patients' lives
Prepare operating rooms and sterilize equipment to ensure seamless procedures
Anticipate surgeon needs during operations for smooth, efficient workflows
Maintain sterile fields and support team during critical moments
Handle post-op duties to promote swift patient recovery

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
BLS certification
Strong orthopedic experience preferred
Valid license/certificate verification
Completed skills checklists and competency testing

Education

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic procedures
Proficiency in surgical instrumentation and techniques
Strong sterile technique and OR protocols
Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical environments
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
