Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per pay period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry rhythms with precision to keep patients safe
Assess med surg patients and escalate changes in acuity promptly
Administer IV fluids, antibiotics, tube feeds and PEG feedings expertly
Collaborate with charge RNs, managers and rapid response teams seamlessly
Communicate effectively to ensure top-notch patient care
Float to other med surg units or ED holding pod as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
2+ years of experience
Telemetry rhythm interpretation proficiency

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Critical thinking under pressure
Strong time management
Patient assessment expertise
Excellent communication skills
Team player mindset willing to assist CNAs and fellow nurses
