Shift Type: Full-time, 3x12 hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), rotating weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate labor and delivery care to mothers and newborns
Monitor fetal heart rates and manage high-risk deliveries with confidence
Assess and transition newborns ensuring safe starts to life
Handle OB emergencies like shoulder dystocia and postpartum hemorrhage
Perform C-sections, inductions, and couplet care with precision
Collaborate with seasoned RNs in a supportive LDRP environment
Round on patients daily to enhance their experience and safety

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of labor and delivery experience
BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring training required
Comfortable with inductions, C-sections, and OB emergencies
Experience recovering mothers and transitioning newborns a must

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor and delivery including active labors and inductions
Skilled in newborn assessment and couplet care
Proficient with fetal monitoring, shoulder dystocia, and PP hemorrhage
Familiarity with Meditech documentation and CPN central monitoring
