Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during critical moments
Oversee patient care ensuring every tiny patient thrives
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Mentor and support fellow nurses fostering a positive unit culture
Monitor high-acuity neonates providing vigilant oversight and timely interventions

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification
NICU experience required
Proven leadership experience in a neonatal setting

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in NICU patient care
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in neonatal assessments and interventions
Excellent communication and decision-making under pressure
