Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver urgent critical care in a fast-paced ER environment
Assess and stabilize patients with life-threatening conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier emergency treatment
Advocate fiercely for patients during high-pressure moments
Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
Recent ER experience to hit the ground running
Commitment to passing Trinity competency testing and skills checklist

Education

RN degree from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency trauma care and rapid assessment
Proficiency with life-saving protocols and equipment
Strong communication for high-stakes teamwork
Adaptability in dynamic, unpredictable situations
