Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT scans using GE equipment to produce diagnostic images that inform patient care
• Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure patient safety while applying BLS when needed
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment (GE platforms) and collaborate with engineering when necessary
• Document procedures and patient information accurately in Meditech EMR
• Communicate findings and collaborate directly with radiologists, physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond promptly to on-call requests and support varying night-volume demands

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification — required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) — required
• Florida State DOH License — required (candidates without this will not be considered)
• Minimum 2 years of CT/radiology experience
• Strong preference for experience with GE imaging systems and Meditech EMR
• Comfort working nights and participating in a 4-6 shifts/month on-call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven CT imaging skills and solid understanding of cross-sectional anatomy
• Familiarity with GE CT scanners and ancillary imaging modalities (MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound)
• Experience using Meditech or similar EMR systems for documentation
• Excellent patient communication and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude for routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
