Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Position and prepare patients with care, explaining procedures in a calm, friendly manner
• Follow Trinity Specialty Specific Competency protocols and complete required skills checklists
• Ensure radiation safety and adhere to established imaging protocols
• Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and communicate findings to the care team
• Collaborate with technologists and clinical staff to deliver efficient patient throughput and excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• Computed Tomography (CT) experience/competency as required by the role
• BLS certification (required)
• License/Certificate Verification completed and kept current
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Ability to meet personal health history requirements including COVID-19 vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, Varicella, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, fit test, and a physical/health statement
• Clear Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen and Trinity Color Vision check

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and patient positioning
• Familiarity with radiation safety and ALARA principles
• Ability to assess image quality and make adjustments when needed
• Good patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Competent documentation and electronic medical record skills
• Teamwork and the ability to follow Trinity competency standards
