Shift Type: 8-hour shift, schedule to be confirmed (days/weekends TBD)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and consistently
Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices
Support residents’ dignity and independence through respectful care
Document care activities clearly in patient records

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus

Education

High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and personal care skills
Basic vital signs measurement and observation
Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Comfortable with charting/documentation and following care plans
Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for older adults
