Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate direct patient care through bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
Monitor vital signs like temperature, pulse, and blood pressure while documenting accurately
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote comfort
Prepare meals, feed patients, and ensure nutritional needs are met
Collect specimens and perform routine treatments under nurse supervision
Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to infection control standards
Communicate positively with patients and families to enhance their experience

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Hawaii
Experience in hospital, clinic, or long-term care settings
Proficiency in patient care tasks and documentation

Education

CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of personal hygiene and bodily care
Excellent observation skills to report changes promptly
Ability to use patient care equipment safely
Positive communication with patients across all ages
