Contract Type: Per-Diem

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support nurses by completing basic clinical tasks and clear documentation
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices
Build trusting relationships with patients and families through respectful communication

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in good standing
Required ability to meet state CNA licensing requirements (PA)
Comfortable with basic clinical tasks and patient lifting/transfer techniques
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a care team
Willingness to complete facility orientation and any required training

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
CNA certification (required)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and activities of daily living
Basic vital sign measurement and charting
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Clear, compassionate communication with patients, families, and colleagues
Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting
