Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition promptly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Support safe patient transfers and fall-prevention measures
• Collaborate with nursing staff and care team to ensure continuity of care
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, respectful environment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Class: CNA)
• Willingness to work a per diem schedule and flexible assignments
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a care team
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings (as applicable)

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and comfort with ADLs
• Measuring and documenting vital signs accurately
• Basic infection control and safety practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate bedside manner and patient advocacy
