Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and assist physicians during LHC/PCI, Complex PCI, TAVR, EP ablations, device implants, and peripheral procedures
• Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot GE, Phillips and Carto imaging/equipment for procedures
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure safe patient positioning and monitoring during cases
• Document procedural details accurately in the EMR (Meditech, GE MACLab, CardioLab)
• Anticipate team needs in high-acuity moments and contribute to smooth, efficient case flow
• Communicate clearly with patients and the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Cath lab experience required (1-2 years preferred)
• ARRT certification required
• Electrophysiology (EP) experience specifically with Stimming is required
• RCIS or RCES highly preferred; Interventional Radiology (IR) experience considered a plus
• Demonstrated experience with LHC/PCI, EP procedures, and device cases
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient with cath lab systems and imaging: GE, Phillips, Carto
• Familiarity with EMR and lab documentation: Meditech, GE MACLab, CardioLab
• Knowledge of cardiac and peripheral interventional procedures (LHC/PCI, TAVR, PFO, LAAO, thrombectomy)
• Ability to support EP ablations and device implant workflows
• Strong aseptic technique, patient monitoring, and sterile field management
