Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the cardiac cath lab to ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Assist physicians and the cath team during EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular and Cardiac cases
• Operate and troubleshoot Philips c-arms and interface with Merge Vericis hemo systems
• Document procedures and patient care accurately in Epic
• Monitor patient hemodynamics and respond to changes quickly and professionally
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure all equipment meets infection control standards
• Collaborate with a 3–4 person team to deliver patient-centered care
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergent cases as needed

Qualifications

• RN License with current BLS and ACLS — OR — RCIS or ARRT credential (techs) plus BLS & ACLS
• Minimum 2 years of relevant cath lab or related procedural experience
• Experience in at least 3 of these service lines: EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac (must-have)
• Preferred: experience across 4 service areas for broader case coverage
• Comfortable working day shifts and participating in on-call/night rotations
• Flexible, self-starter attitude and ability to follow direction within a team environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with Philips c-arms and hemodynamics systems (Merge Vericis)
• Proficient documentation and charting in Epic
• Strong understanding of EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular and Cardiac procedural workflows
• Skilled in sterile technique, patient monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for 3–4 person case teams
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced procedural environment and handle on-call demands
