Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Capital Project Team and FacilitiGroup Engineers with day-to-day capital program activities
• Perform project planning reviews to ensure scope and timelines are clear
• Draft, review, and manage contract documents to support project execution
• Set up and close projects in eBuilder, ensuring accurate project records
• Independently manage capital project documentation, workflows, and eBuilder tasks within the first 2-4 weeks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned with goals
• Maintain organized project documentation and generate status reports for leadership

Qualifications

• Prior experience with eBuilder or similar construction project management systems (strongly preferred)
• Experience in project planning, contract writing, and documentation management
• Proven ability to work independently and manage workflows effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear contract and project documentation
• Familiarity with capital projects and construction project management practices
• Comfort working in a non-clinical corporate facility management environment
