Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care as a Certified Nursing Assistant to enhance patient comfort and safety
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Monitor and document patient status and vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
• Perform timely and accurate charting to ensure continuity of care
• Support safe transfers and fall prevention practices to protect patients
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and infection-controlled environment for patients and staff

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (California) required
• Active state CNA license and ability to provide proof upon hire
• Comfortable working day shifts and flexible per-diem assignments
• Demonstrated compassion, strong communication skills, and dependable work ethic
• Ability to pass standard background check and health screenings as required

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care and basic nursing skills
• Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
• Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication
• Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with infection control practices and documentation standards
