Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, one-on-one critical care to patients in our 11-bed ICU
Monitor and manage complex drips including dopamine, levophed, epinephrine, and nitro
Manage ventilators, chest tubes, arterial lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters with confidence
Collaborate with intensivists and the care team to deliver life-saving interventions
Float to Telemetry or Medical-Surgical units when needed, expanding your skill set
Read telemetry strips and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition

Qualifications

Active California RN license
BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
Travel nursing experience preferred
Hands-on experience with chest tubes, arterial lines, and Swan-Ganz catheters
