Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert critical care nursing to ICU patients
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver top-notch treatment
- Administer medications and manage life-support equipment
- Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Advanced hemodynamic monitoring
- Ventilator management
- IV therapy and medication administration
- Patient advocacy and family communication
