Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help patients with mobility needs and transfers
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Nebraska
Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation to assigned shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Infection control practices
HIPAA compliance
Basic vital signs monitoring
Compassionate bedside manner
