Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of up to 12 patients daily
Assess, treat, and progress patients with orthopedic and varied diagnoses in a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide coverage support in acute inpatient rehab when needed to broaden your impact
Document care and communicate progress clearly with patients and referring providers

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submittal)
BLS certification required
Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload in a community-focused clinic
Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative rehab team
Clear communication and patient-education abilities
