Location: Santa Maria, California

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain their voice and communication skills in the comfort of their own homes
- Create personalized therapy plans that make a real difference in daily living
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to support lasting progress
- Document patient milestones and adjust care strategies with compassion and expertise
Qualifications
- Current California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Home health experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in home settings
- Compassionate approach to patient-centered care
