Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips with confidence
- Provide compassionate care to patients with CHF, respiratory conditions, diabetes, and post-cath needs
- Collaborate with the care team on total joint replacement recovery journeys
- Support patients experiencing CVA and TIA with skilled nursing interventions
- Float to East Campus or PCU when needed to keep patient care seamless
- Document assessments and interventions accurately in Cerner
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation experience
- Ability to pass the dysrhythmia exam within two attempts
- Cerner experience preferred for quick onboarding
Knowledge & Skills
- Reading and signing basic telemetry strips each shift
- Managing set-rate drips such as Diltiazem/Cardizem
- Comfort with BiPAP, CPAP, and breathing treatments
- Strong assessment skills for cardiac and medical-surgical patients
