Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips with precision
- Provide compassionate care for patients with CHF, respiratory conditions, diabetes, and post-cath needs
- Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Support patients recovering from total joint replacements with expert nursing care
- Float to East Campus and PCU units when needed, showcasing your versatile clinical skills
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation experience
- Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam with 80% score within two attempts
- Cerner experience preferred for seamless documentation
Knowledge & Skills
- Reading and interpreting basic telemetry strips
- Understanding CVA and TIA patient care needs
- Experience with total joint replacement recovery
- Comfort managing set-rate drips like Diltiazem/Cardizem
- Working knowledge of BiPAP, CPAP, and breathing treatments
