Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver critical interventions
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Respond swiftly and confidently to a wide range of emergency situations
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license from any U.S. state accepted
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC and ENPC required within one year of hire
NRP, NIHSS, and ESI Level 5 certifications to be completed per timeline

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in patient assessment and emergency procedures
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse patient populations
