Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Treat a diverse caseload including general, wound, ortho, neuro, and debility patients
- Collaborate with PTAs and rehab techs to deliver quality care
- Precept students or new staff as needed by the unit
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Qualifications
- Active Texas PT license required
- National PT license required
- BLS certification required
- IP/OP experience preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills across multiple settings
- Ability to manage a variety of diagnoses including fractures, sports injuries, and neuro cases
- Comfortable working in a critical access hospital environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
