Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective care plans
- Float between sister locations to support patient needs across the community
- Document progress and adjust treatment strategies to maximize outcomes
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree preferred
- New graduates welcome to apply
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in evaluating and treating diverse patient populations
- Comfortable floating between multiple care locations
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Compassionate approach to patient-centered care
