Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients across Med-Surg and Emergency departments
- Manage a patient ratio of 1 to 5 while delivering excellent clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team in a critical access hospital setting
- Respond to a variety of patient needs including post-operative spine and ortho care
- Maintain compliance with all required certifications and state regulations
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license required
- Minimum 4 years of nursing experience
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Spine/Ortho post-op patient experience with emphasis on Med/Surg
- Willingness to work holidays as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Med-Surg Adult and Med-Surg Ortho expertise
- Emergency Room and Critical Access Hospital experience
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently in a small facility setting
