Sonographer
Location: Durango, Colorado
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 4 10-hour shifts, variable days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, with call 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality general, OBGYN, and vascular ultrasound exams that directly impact patient care
- Conduct procedures including drains and biopsies with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to deliver accurate diagnostic imaging
- Maintain equipment and ensure excellent image quality for every patient
- Provide a welcoming experience for patients during every scan
Qualifications
- Current RDMS certification (General or OBGYN) required
- RVT certification preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong experience in general and OBGYN ultrasound with vascular experience a plus
- Comfortable performing procedures and working in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- RDMS certification and ultrasound expertise
- Vascular and OBGYN imaging skills
- Procedure experience including drains and biopsies
- Familiarity with Fuji EPIC and PACS systems
- Ability to work variable days and take call
