Shift Type: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, rotating weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to acutely ill adults on the Medical Surgical unit
- Monitor patients requiring stable cardiac telemetry and respond promptly to changes
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver excellent surgical and post-operative support
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery expectations
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic and ensure seamless hand-offs between shifts
Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- AHA ACLS certification
- Recent Epic experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in Med Surg/Telemetry nursing
- Orthopedic and Bariatric experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong telemetry monitoring skills for stable cardiac patients
- Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records
- Excellent assessment and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Medical Surgical environment
- Comfortable working with both emergent and elective surgical patients
