Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate bedside care to residents at Cottage of the Shoals
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
- Document clinical findings accurately to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Alabama or compact state
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
