Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible Day Shift, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, currently 3 shifts per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients of all ages in the Med/Surg unit
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
Educate patients and families about health conditions and recovery plans
Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and procedures

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted nursing license in any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in acute or sub-acute settings
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
TCAR and NIHSS certifications to be completed within six months of hire

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient assignments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable providing care across diverse patient populations
