Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide specialized occupational therapy to patients with upper extremity orthopedic conditions, including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient settings, focusing on orthopedics (80-100% of caseload)
Collaborate with rehab aides and manage a daily caseload of approximately 12 patients
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
Must have outpatient orthopedic experience, specifically upper extremity therapy
BLS certification required
Experience with shoulders, elbows, wrists, and hands preferred
Lymphedema training is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic therapy, especially upper extremity conditions
Proficiency in ReDoc and Meditech documentation systems
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively
